Communication is very important. Establishing a clear communication plan from the start is important. Here are a few items to go over with your Realtor about communication.
- Tell you Realtor about your communication preferences. If you don’t like chatting on the phone, let them know that you prefer email communication.
- How will you communicate the market trends to us?
- How will you communicate our position in the market in light of these trends?
- How will you communicate about showings and feedback?
