In short, 2018 is off to a great start if you are a seller. The median sales price shot up significantly. While inventory was still low, houses sold a little slower than last January.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the market as the Spring market begins to pick up. If we see an increase of listings, we may see the median sales price level out, the median days on the market go up, and the home sales increase. This is certainly still a great time to list a house if you are considering it.
