Overall, the market is still doing very well. We continue to see an increased number of contracts coming. We are now also seeing a spike in the number of sales resulting from the higher number of contracts in the past months. The inventory and days on the market continues to be low indicating that it is still a good time to put a house on the market.
Highlights:
- There were 14% more home sales in May of 2016 than May of 2015.
- There were 19% more contracts in May of 2016 than May of 2015.
- There have been 13% more homes sales this far in 2016 when compared to at this time in 2015.
