As we look back over November of 2016, it is clear that home buyers had no intentions of slowing down as we tend to expect in late fall/early winter. I have been saying this for the majority of the year but we are still seeing more demand than supply. This is great news if you are hoping to put your house on the market in the near future.
Highlights:
- There have been 29% more sales in November 2016 than in November 2015
- The year to date median sales price was 3% higher when you compare sales January through November of 2016 and 2015
- There have been 13% more contracts when comparing contracts January through November 2016 and 2015
