The sales in September did dip when comparing the past two years. That being said, we saw a significant jump in contracts compared to last year. This will hopefully indicate strong sales in November and December.
As we approach with Winter months, many people ask if they should wait to list their house until Spring. While this is a solid option, the statistics above still indicate people are purchasing houses. In addition, the median purchase price is up and the days on the market is down.
