If you’ve been nearby to the Ice House building in downtown Harrisonburg across from the Farmer’s Market, you’ll notice new construction project that has come up recently. The construction has started in the open space next to Pale Fire brewing, and is being built by Matchbox Realty.
While there has been some speculation about what may be put into this space, the four story building will be all apartments, with limited parking available for the future tenants in the garage space below the building. The project is set to be completed in August.
