April continued to be an excellent time to list a house with a lot of buyer activity and the inventory being low.
Here are some highlights:
-There were 31% more contracts in April 2016 than in April 2015.
-There were 7% more sales in April 2016 when compared with April 2015.
-At the end of April 2016, the median sales price for the whole year was 4% higher than at the same time in 2015..
